Services
Tax work that covers the year, not just April.
Choose a service below, or send a message describing the situation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Individual income tax
We prepare federal and state individual returns from the documents you already have — W-2s, 1099s, education and child credits, and investment statements. Missing pieces get flagged early. You receive a filed return and a short recap of what you owe or are due.

Small business taxes
Entity returns only work if the books behind them are clean. We reconcile income, expenses, and owner activity before we file, so K-1s, estimated payments, and year-end tax are not a surprise. Tell us how the business is set up; we will tell you what the return needs.

Sole proprietor / Schedule C
If you get paid on 1099s or cash and run the work yourself, Schedule C is an option. We sort deductible expenses from personal ones, handle home office and vehicle when they actually qualify, and set quarterly estimates so April is not a shock.

Real estate / Schedule E
Schedule E is where rental activity lives. We track income, repairs versus improvements, depreciation, and QBI where it applies — for one door or a small portfolio. Bring the closing statement, the prior depreciation schedule if you have it, and the year of activity.

Quarterly estimates
Self-employed, rental, and business income is taxed as you earn it, not only in April. We set voucher amounts from a real projection, adjust after a strong or slow quarter, and keep the due dates on a calendar you can follow.

Tax planning & forecasting
Planning is a projection, not a slogan. We model the year from current books and pay, then show what a hire, an equipment purchase, a retirement contribution, or an entity change actually does to tax — in time to act, not after the year has closed.

Year-end tax planning
Most of what can still change a return has a calendar-year deadline. We review where you stand before year-end and name the few moves that matter — what to pay, what to defer, what to document.

Tax consulting
Not every question is a full engagement. If you have an IRS or state letter, a sale, a new activity, or a prior return you want reviewed, send the documents. We will tell you what it means, what we would file, and what it would cost to have us handle it.

Notary public services
Bring a valid photo ID and the unsigned document. We notarize affidavits, acknowledgments, and related business or tax papers. Call or send a message to confirm availability.
Not sure where you fit?
Describe the year you are in — a new Schedule C, a rental, quarterly estimates, or a return that got more complicated. We will point you to the right work.
